Art Critique Night with Kate Weese
Thursday, October 25th (6:30-8pm)

Art Critique nights are back at Pacific Art League!

This is an opportunity to gather among local artists to participate in a critique of up to two pieces per artist. Get to know fellow artists over refreshments and be led through a critique session by experienced artist/instructor Kate Weese. This will be an open, instructive, and interactive session where artists can learn from and be inspired by each other. All media welcome.

Kate Weese is an accomplished watercolor painter and teaches watercolor painting classes at her studio in Berkley Hills.

Kate studied and practiced graphic design for over 20 years which included starting Arch Street Studio - a very successful wholesale business which designed, produced, and sold gift wrap and other paper products. In 1989 Kate began to focus on her watercolor painting and other works on paper. In addition to her own work, she opened a studio in Berkley Hills where she continues to teach the medium today. Kate brings a unique style to art making and to her students. Her open approach to creativity and learning as well as her formal studies, experience as a graphic designer, watercolor painter and instructor are sure to offer artists a unique and enlightening experience as she leads this critique session.
