We’re excited to invite artists to submit their work for our upcoming Abstraction Exhibition! This show is all about celebrating the endless possibilities of abstract art—art that makes us feel, think, and see the world in new ways.

Abstraction gives artists the freedom to go beyond what we see in everyday life. It’s a chance to explore emotions, ideas, and forms that can’t always be put into words. Whether you use bold colors, sweeping lines, or delicate details, we’d love to see how you bring this theme to life in your own style.

Ribbons awards will be announced at the reception. This event is free and open to the public.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all artists (members & non-members) and artistic works.

ENTRY FEE
First Submission
Through an anonymous donation by one of our beloved members, the first submission is FREE!!
Second submission
$20 for Members
$30 for Non-Members
Additional Submission
$10 Every additional submission regardless of Membership status

SELECTION NOTIFICATION DATE

ART INTAKE
Accepted works must be hand-delivered to PAL on Thursday, September 25th, 2025 (12pm - 4pm only)

ART PICK UP
Exhibited works must be picked up at PAL at the end of the exhibit on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 (12am - 4pm only)

AWARDS
Ribbons will be awarded to works selected by the juror

SALES COMMISSION
Members 60/40 (in favor of the artist)
Non-Members 50/50 (in favor of the artist)

GUIDELINES
Measurements are based on the piece’s longest side, including the frame.

  • Size of work is limited to 36” wide by 36” tall, including the frame. Please note, that anything submitted over 36” will not be accepted into the show.

  • All 2D work must be ready to hang on a wire.

  • All 2D work must be framed or on gallery-wrapped canvas with finished edges.

  • All work must be labeled on the front with the title and artist’s name (post-it or paper taped to frame work well).

  • All works must be dry to the touch.
