Known for transforming pavement into vibrant masterpieces, Joel brings his signature flair to 3rd Thursday on California Avenue. Inspire by Joel’s work you can create your own piece of summer on the pavement. Whether you’re drawing sunshine, sunsets, or your favorite summer treats, this event is all about cooling down, having fun, and celebrating Summer Fun & Games.  No experience needed. Grab some chalk, pick your square, and just let your imagination flow!
